Rahway Chamber Of Commerce
The Rahway Chamber of Commerce serves the people and businesses of Rahway, NJ by allowing its members opportunities to develop, promote and pursue their business interests. The Chamber fosters a healthy economic environment and promotes the benefits of Rahway businesses to the residents of Rahway, the surrounding communities, the State of New Jersey, and the public at large.
Our Mission
To sponsor member relevant committees for personal, professional, business and community growth and to provide networking opportunities for the Rahway business community.
To provide and support economic development activities that aid in the retention and expansion of Rahway businesses and to attract new businesses to the city.
To build leadership, stewardship and volunteerism in the business community.
To serve as an informational source about business and community related issues in Rahway.

Heidi Rosal
President
Heidi Loder-Rosal, the Chamber’s President, is the owner of Atelier Rosal, an art services company in downtown Rahway that provides custom framing and minor art restoration services. The gallery features artworks from area artists as well as handmade jewelry, ceramics, and other retail items from area independent artisans and crafters. Her background in business and art fuels her unique approach to business networking and collaboration. During her free time, she enjoys baking, gardening, and wrestling with her obstinate cat.
Audra Loccisano

Broker Associate – RE/MAX Select
Audra Loccisano, the Chamber’s Vice President, is a broker associate who has been helping people with their real estate needs in Rahway and the surrounding area since 2004. A member since 2014, she served as a trustee and was President of the Rahway Chamber of Commerce from 2016-2018. Audra enjoys wildlife photography (mostly backyard birds), fishing, boating, and being a member of the Rahway Yacht Club.
Joe Brown
Secretary
Joe Brown, Secretary of the Chamber’s Board of Trustees, has made Rahway home for the past decade and takes pride in his multi-faceted immersion in the community. With a professional background in consulting, human resources, and nonprofit management, he currently serves the City of Rahway as Advisor to the Mayor, Constituent Services. He is also an active photographer with a passion for documenting Rahway’s people, places, and happenings, and a devoted doggy daddy.
Stan Louis
Treasurer
Stan Louis has been a resident of Rahway since 1985 and a member of the Rahway Chamber of Commerce since 2014. He has served on the Board since 2016 and has been Treasurer since 2017.
Lucy Biller

Lucy Biller is the Branch Manager at TD Bank Rahway. She specializes in one-on-one service backed by the power of an entire network, helping you focus on what’s most important to your business. We offer retail, small business, and commercial banking products and services throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Metro D.C., Carolinas, and Florida. We also provide customized private banking and wealth management, vehicle financing, and dealer commercial services. TD Bank is independently rated as the safest bank in North America.
Tom Bayonne
Trustee - Past President
Tom Bayone is the owner of Mr. B Printing and the Managing Partner of Anthony Thomas Enterprises and Drapkin Printing. He has been in the printing business for over 35 years. Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Rahway Chamber of Commerce and previously served as President from 2013 – 2014. Tom is dedicated and committed to the Rahway community and has contributed his time and work over the years. Because of his passion for the community he has earned many awards and accolades.
Ray Candiloro
Trustee
Ray Candiloro had previously worked for 41 years for the Rahway Board of Education serving as a technology teacher, supervisor, football and volleyball coach. For his last 8 years, he was a member of the Central Office Staff, serving as the District Manager of Operations. Never leaving the coaching field, he established the IMPACT Volleyball Club. They typically work out of the Rahway Recreation Center. Ray has been involved with the Rahway Chamber for twenty years.
Christopher Kozlowski

Law Office of Christopher A. Kozlowski
Christopher Kozlowski is the owner and principal attorney of the Law Office of Christopher A. Kozlowski, located in Rahway, NJ. He received his Juris Doctor from Villanova School of Law and has since committed himself to assisting those in and around Rahway with their legal needs. Christopher has been a Trustee of the Chamber since 2017 and currently serves as Chair to the Grant Committee, which has provided Chamber businesses with thousands of dollars in grant funds for improvements and special projects. Christopher lives in Rahway with his wife and two daughters.

Hannah Hergenhan

Hailing from Vermont, Hannah graduated from Drew University in 2012 and decided to make Rahway home in 2016 with her husband Mike and daughter Natalie. Hannah has been a full-time realtor since 2013 at Weichert Realtors in Westfield and focuses her business in and around Union County. Hannah loves all that Rahway has to offer and is thrilled to be a board member on the Chamber.
Pedro Da Paz

Visual Artist and Rahway resident, Pedro Da Paz, is the owner of the online Gallerydapazart.com. The self-taught artist began his career in 2003, taking an experimental approach, working through
various mediums and techniques to develop his artistic style. His 18-year journey through the arts has brought him
through various phases of artistic expression. From Realism to impressionism, to his better-known abstract expressionist works, Da Paz has proved to be a versatile artist with no limits. Da Paz lives and works in the downtown Arts District. In 2020, in a joint venture with local Artists, Pedro co-founded the Rahway Creative Alliance, an artist-operated collaborative with a vision of presenting inspiring, entertaining & educational experiences designed to enrich the local community, while increasing the vibrancy and visibility of the Rahway Arts District.
