Rahway Day Food Vendor Registration

    I understand that a temporary food service application must be completed and mailed in, along with appropriate payment, to the health department. This form must be received by them before April 15. My temporary license will be given upon satisfactory inspection on the day of the event.
    I understand that a temporary fire permit is required for any vendor using propane, charcoal, open flames, generators, or deep fryers. An application for a temporary fire safety permit, along with appropriate payment, must be received by the Rahway Fire Department by April 15. Permit will be issued upon satisfactory inspection on the morning of the event.
  • Registration fees for food vendors are as follows: Members of the Rahway Chamber of Commerce, $100. Nonmembers of the Rahway Chamber of Commerce, $125.
